We appreciated how immaculately clean it was!

i stayed here for 3 nights. the location was magnificent, very central. more than that, it was near the airport and close to tube station as well.

Satisfied with the place, spent perfect 3 days here. Early check-in was appreciated. Individual and comfortable rooms, with a cute balcony, an amazing view, as example, that appeared to be useful. Staff was affable and helpful whole time.

Loved the terrace and free WiFi. Also, the airport was conveniently close, so I could get out of there quickly.

Oh, and let's not forget the wonderful no-refund policy for late arrivals. How considerate.

The location was central and convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The lady who received me was friendly and helpful with my luggage. The house was recently renovated, giving it a fresh and modern feel.

We had an amazing experience at this centrally located hotel. It was in the heart of the city, close to a tube station, and right in the very center. the room was exactly as pictured, clean and basic, with a nice ensuite bathroom. the staff was kind and helpful, and communication was easy through WhatsApp. We loved the fact that the shared bathrooms were also clean and readily available.

That the bed was uncomfortable, which affected our sleep quality.

Shower drainage needs improvement.

Great value for money. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The staff, especially Helena and Telma, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

The rooms here are cozy and comfortable with lovely balconies and great views, and the hotel is conveniently located in the city center; the staff were very friendly throughout my stay.

The location was perfect, just minutes away from the city center and popular areas like Bairro Alto and Pink Street. The metro was also conveniently close. Our room had a fan and a balcony, a nice touch. It was also very quiet, great to have a peaceful stay. The kitchen was a bonus, giving us the option to prepare some meals. And most importantly, the room was clean.

I stayed at this place for 1 night and really enjoyed it, the location was amazing with close access to tram 15 or 28/25 and the stop, and the overall atmosphere was really comfortable!

had a quiet weekend getaway in lisbon, and Frank'S House & Happy Downtown exceeded my expectations. Great view, comfortable bed, and the owner was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend for a similar experience.

Convenient location near public transport. Prompt owner response when lost. Clear explanations of amenities and helpful answers to questions. Youth hostel-like with individual bedrooms. Good quality for rate. Friendly and welcoming owner. Highly recommended.

The location of the guesthouse was fantastic, with easy access to the main tourist attractions.

The room I booked turned out to be smaller than I expected, and I would have preferred a larger room.
